| But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth. | Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth. |
| Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. | Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. |

| For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. | That God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. | If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. | If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. |
