Be Merciful even as your heavenly (2/4)

“Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, And with fasting, weeping, and mourning.”
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.”But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. And do not fear their intimidation, and do not be in dread.
If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction, even their prayers are detestable.One who turns his ear away from listening to the Law, Even his prayer is an abomination.
The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For this, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people.But sexual immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints.
And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that.And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them. For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.Therefore, encourage one another and build one another up, just as you also are doing.
And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise.By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised.

To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.
