Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His understanding is unsearchable. You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace. Galatians 5:4	For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace. righteousness grace law
You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by people. Matthew 5:13	You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has continued in it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. Romans 6:5-6	Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was. Do all things without complaining or arguments; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding firmly the word of life. One who walks in integrity walks securely, But one who perverts his ways will be found out. Proverbs 10:9	People with integrity walk safely, but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed. sin safety life
You know this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Now everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. James 1:19	Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. speaking listening anger
And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” Luke 9:23	Then he said to the crowd, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me.” obedience crucifixion
But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ. Ephesians 4:15	Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. love truth Jesus
But I strictly discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified. 1 Corinthians 9:27	I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. self-control judgment body

In the exercise of His will He gave us birth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures. James 1:18	He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession. creation truth life
Because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin. Romans 3:20	For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are. sin law righteousness
Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice, mend your ways, be comforted, be like-minded, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11	Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. And even though “I am allowed to do anything,” I must not become a slave to anything.
