Bible Verses about Learning

  • I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go;
    I will advise you with My eye upon you.
  • As for the things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
  • Therefore, encourage one another and build one another up, just as you also are doing.
  • The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;
    Fools despise wisdom and instruction.
  • Make me know Your ways, Lord;
    Teach me Your paths.
  • Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
  • My son, do not reject the discipline of the Lord
    Or loathe His rebuke,
    For whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
    Just as a father disciplines the son in whom he delights.
  • One who loves discipline loves knowledge,
    But one who hates rebuke is stupid.
  • I have instructed you in the way of wisdom;
    I have led you in upright paths.
  • Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
    For You are the God of my salvation;
    For You I wait all the day.
  • Teach me to do Your will,
    For You are my God;
    Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
  • Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is comfortable, and My burden is light.
  • The Lord is good and upright;
    Therefore He instructs sinners in the way.
    He leads the humble in justice,
    And He teaches the humble His way.
  • And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you remain in Him.
  • But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.
  • So Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not My own, but His who sent Me.”
  • Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
  • Teach me Your way, Lord;
    I will walk in Your truth;
    Unite my heart to fear Your name.
  • And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not stop teaching and preaching the good news of Jesus as the Christ.
  • May my teaching drip as the rain,
    My speech trickle as the dew,
    As droplets on the fresh grass,
    And as the showers on the vegetation.
  • At night my soul longs for You,
    Indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently;
    For when the earth experiences Your judgments,
    The inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
  • So you are to know in your heart that the Lord your God was disciplining you just as a man disciplines his son.
  • But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.
  • How I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was beneficial, and teaching you publicly and from house to house.
  • Therefore, whoever nullifies one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
