- So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” - Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.”
- Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
- As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.
- When goods increase, they increase who eat them, and what advantage has their owner but to see them with his eyes?
- In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
