Fear the Lord and depart from evil.
It will be health to your flesh,
And strength to your bones. - Therefore remove sorrow from your heart,
And put away evil from your flesh,
For childhood and youth are vanity. - Pleasant words are like a honeycomb,
Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones. - When I kept silent, my bones grew old
Through my groaning all the day long. - There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You
