For the entire Law can be summed up in a single commandment: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Can anyone withhold the water of baptism from these people who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?
For our eyes are fixed not on what is seen but rather on that which cannot be seen. What is visible is transitory; what is invisible is eternal.While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
And thus we can have confidence in him that if we ask anything that is in accordance with his will, he hears us.This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
For much wisdom can result in much sorrow, and those who increase their knowledge also increase their grief.Because in much wisdom there is much grief; and increasing knowledge results in increasing pain.
This is how we can be certain that we abide in him and that he abides in us: he has given us a share in his Spirit.By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.
There is no salvation in anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to men by which we can be saved.And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.
I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever abides in me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing.I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.

For no one can be regarded as justified in the sight of God by keeping the Law. The Law brings only the consciousness of sin.Because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.
