You shall worship the Lord your God, and I will bless your bread and your water; and I will take sickness away from among you.You shall serve the Lord, your God. He will bless your bread and water and take away sickness from your midst.

Let your word be ‘Yes, Yes’ or ‘No, No’; anything more than this comes from the evil one.All you need to do is to say ‘Yes’ if you mean ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ if you mean ‘No.’ Anything beyond this comes from the evil one.

When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil ways, God changed his mind about the calamity that he had said he would bring upon them; and he did not do it.When God saw by their actions that they had turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not inflict upon them the punishment that he had threatened.
