The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. | Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry. |
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. | Love doesn’t harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law. |
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. | The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. |
