| But when they saw him walking on the sea they thought it was a ghost, and cried out, for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart; it is I. | Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have? | Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? |
