| My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for the Lord reproves him whom he loves, as a father the son in whom he delights. | My child, don’t reject the Lord’s discipline, and don’t be upset when he corrects you. | Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? | Then what will you think if you see the Son of Man ascend to heaven again? |
| But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” | He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.” |
| For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. | For the Lord delights in his people; he crowns the humble with victory. |
