Bible Verses about 'He'
- God is not a man, so he does not lie.
He is not human, so he does not change his mind.
Has he ever spoken and failed to act?
Has he ever promised and not carried it through? - Our God is in the heavens,
and he does as he wishes. - Then Jesus led them to Bethany, and lifting his hands to heaven, he blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up to heaven.

He freed me from all my fears. - Then the angel spoke to the women. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen. Come, see where his body was lying.”
- Give your burdens to the Lord,
and he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. - When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
- And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.
- He gives power to the weak
and strength to the powerless. - May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us or abandon us.

He will rejoice over you with joyful songs. - So God created human beings in his own image.
In the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them. - He reveals deep and mysterious things
and knows what lies hidden in darkness,
though he is surrounded by light. - But the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body.”
- He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Remember what he told you back in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be betrayed into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and that he would rise again on the third day.
- For he satisfies the thirsty
and fills the hungry with good things. - God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.
- He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect.
Everything he does is just and fair.
He is a faithful God who does no wrong;
how just and upright he is! - Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?
- We cannot imagine the power of the Almighty;
but even though he is just and righteous,
he does not destroy us. - The Lord is my shepherd;
I have all that I need.
He lets me rest in green meadows;
he leads me beside peaceful streams. - For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies.

He is the beginning,
supreme over all who rise from the dead.
So he is first in everything. - When God saw what they had done and how they had put a stop to their evil ways, he changed his mind and did not carry out the destruction he had threatened.

and bandages their wounds. - The Lord is good and does what is right;
he shows the proper path to those who go astray.
He leads the humble in doing right,
teaching them his way. - He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will not be shaken. - Direct your children onto the right path,
and when they are older, they will not leave it. - After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching, and they could no longer see him.
- A newly married man must not be drafted into the army or be given any other official responsibilities. He must be free to spend one year at home, bringing happiness to the wife he has married.
- Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
- He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will never be shaken. - The Lord protects the foreigners among us.
He cares for the orphans and widows,
but he frustrates the plans of the wicked. - We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us.
- Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.
- Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.
- But he was pierced for our rebellion,
crushed for our sins.
He was beaten so we could be whole.
He was whipped so we could be healed. - Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.
- If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see?
- I love the Lord because he hears my voice
and my prayer for mercy.
Because he bends down to listen,
I will pray as long as I have breath! - And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you.
