Then Peter came up to him and asked, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy times seven.”Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!”
For it is in him that the entire fullness of deity dwells in bodily form, and you share this fullness in him who is the head of every ruler and power.For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
May God continue to bless us and be revered to the ends of the earth.Yes, God will bless us, and people all over the world will fear him.

They were all terrified when they saw him. But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here!”
I can do all things in him who strengthens me.For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
Is anyone among you sick? He should send for the presbyters of the Church so that they may pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven.Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.
And if one should fall, his companion will help him up. How pathetic is the man who is alone and falls and has no one to assist him to his feet.If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but in order that the world might be saved through him.God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
For ‘In him we live and move and have our being.’ As even your own poets have said, ‘We are all his offspring.’For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’
The way of God is blameless, and the Lord’s promise proves true; he is a shield to all who flee to him for safety.God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe in him already stands condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.
Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”A sign was fastened above Jesus’ head, announcing the charge against him. It read: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
All those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And the proof that he abides in us is the Spirit that he has given us.Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.
For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall also be united with him in his resurrection. We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be destroyed and we might no longer be enslaved to sin.Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was. We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.
The way of God is blameless; the Lord’s promise has proved true. He is a shield to all who take refuge in him.God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection.
He was despised and shunned by others, a man of sorrows who was no stranger to suffering. We loathed him and regarded him as of no account, as one from whom men avert their gaze.He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.
Then Peter addressed them: “I now understand how true it is that God has no favorites, but that in every nation all those who fear God and do what is right are acceptable to him.”Then Peter replied, “I see very clearly that God shows no favoritism. In every nation he accepts those who fear him and do what is right.”

And thus we can have confidence in him that if we ask anything that is in accordance with his will, he hears us.And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.
