He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart; who does not slander with his tongue and does no evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend.He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless.If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love.Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy.

He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
