Bible Verses about 'His'
- Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works. - He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. - He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life:
but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction. - A man's heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps. - That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death.
- Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
- The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace. - Surely the Lord God will do nothing,
but he revealeth his secret
unto his servants the prophets. - O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
- And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey.
- Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:
but the just shall live by his faith. - The rich man's wealth is his strong city,
and as an high wall in his own conceit. - And keep the charge of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself.
- Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
- He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
- He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul;
but he that despiseth his ways shall die. - He that walketh uprightly,
and worketh righteousness,
and speaketh the truth in his heart.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue,
nor doeth evil to his neighbour,
nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. - There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
- As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand.
- And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.
- In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.
