Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his mercy endures forever.Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!
For the Lord takes delight in his people, and he crowns the humble with salvation.For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.

The wealth of a rich man is his stronghold; he regards it as a high wall that cannot be scaled.A rich man's wealth is his strong city, and like a high wall in his imagination.
He is the reflection of God’s glory and the perfect expression of his very being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. Achieving purification from sins, he took his seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high.He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
If you listen to the voice of the Lord, your God, and you do what is right in his sight, if you listen to his ordinances and observe all of his laws, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.
Anyone who is victorious will be dressed like these in white robes, and I shall not blot his name from the book of life. Rather, I shall acknowledge it in the presence of my Father and his angels.The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
Great is the Lord and worthy of the highest praise; no one can even begin to comprehend his greatness.Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
His divine power has bestowed on us everything that is necessary for life and for devotion through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue.His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.
For the Lord himself is the one who bestows wisdom; from his mouth come forth knowledge and understanding.For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the sake of the gospel will save it.For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it.
He then called the people and his disciples to him and said to them, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
It is the Lord, your God, whom you are to follow. You must fear him and observe his commandments and obey what he tells you and serve him and hold fast to him.You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him.
If anyone thinks that he is religious but does not restrain his tongue, he is deceiving himself, and his religion is worthless.If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless.
The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord shine his face upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord look upon you kindly and give you peace.The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
For he guards the paths of justice and keeps watch over the way of his faithful ones.Guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints.
But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those who trust in his kindness.Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love.
What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his very life? Or what can he give in exchange for his life?For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?
As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him.As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts.Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments!
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!
Therefore, a Sabbath rest still remains for the people of God, since those who enter into God’s rest also cease from their own labors as God did from his.So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.
Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
This is how we can be certain that we abide in him and that he abides in us: he has given us a share in his Spirit.By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.

If you obey the command that I give you today, to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways, and to observe his commandments, statutes, and decrees, then you will live and multiply, and the Lord, your God, will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you today, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.
