What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world… Matthew 16:26

What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his very life? Or what can he give in exchange for his life? Matthew 16:26	For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? materialism life soul

In the netherworld, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham, far off, and Lazarus by his side. And he called out, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me. Keep in mind, therefore, that the Lord, your God, is God. He is a faithful God who keeps his covenant of mercy to the thousandth generation toward those who love him and observe his commandments. The Lord makes a man’s steps secure when he approves of his conduct. Psalm 37:23	The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way. serving obedience trust
