Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'I love you'
- Because in my eyes you are precious,
because you are honored and I love you,
I will give people in exchange for you
and nations in return for your life. - I love you, O Lord, my strength,
O Lord, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer.
My God is my rock in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation,
my stronghold. - But I say to you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
- The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
- I reprove and discipline all those whom I love. Therefore, be sincere in your desire to repent.
- But to those of you who are listening to me, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
- For the entire Law can be summed up in a single commandment: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
- If someone says, “I love God,”
but at the same time hates his brother,
he is a liar.
For whoever does not love the brother
whom he has seen
cannot love God whom he has not seen. - You shall not kill. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal. You shall not bear false witness. Honor your father and your mother. Love your neighbor as yourself.
- I love the Lord because he has heard my voice
and listened to my cry for mercy,
because he has inclined his ear to me
on the day when I called out to him. - “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and every other commandment are all summed up in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- Owe nothing to anyone except the debt of love you owe one another. The one who loves others has fulfilled the Law.
- You shall not hate your brother in your heart, nor shall you rebuke your brother in any way, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not seek vengeance nor bear a grudge against the children of your people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
- I give you a new commandment:
love one another.
Just as I have loved you,
so you should also love one another. - If you love me,
you will keep my commandments. - Whoever does not love
does not know God,
because God is love. - If you keep my commandments,
you will remain in my love,
just as I have kept my Father’s commandments
and remain in his love. - Let no one regard you with contempt because of your youth, but serve as an example to the believers in your speech and conduct, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
- This is my commandment:
love one another
as I have loved you. - May mercy, peace, and love be granted you in abundance.
- Everything that you do should be done in love.
- Love cannot result in any harm to the neighbor; therefore, love is the fulfillment of the Law.
- Do not love the world
or what is in the world.
If anyone does love the world,
the love of the Father is not in him. - We have come to know
and to believe in
the love that God has for us.
God is love,
and whoever abides in love
abides in God,
and God in him.
Therefore, we love because he first loved us.Then I came to realize that all toil and skill in work derive from one person’s envy of another. This also is vanity and a chase after the wind. I ask that from the riches of his glory he may grant through his Spirit that you be strengthened with power in your inner being and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.Next verse! With image
