- Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, and in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.

than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. - I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.
- Preserve me, God, for I take refuge in you.
- God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
- Pray like this:
‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
Let your Kingdom come.
Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’ - Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him.
- For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily, and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.
- Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great:
God was revealed in the flesh,
justified in the spirit,
seen by angels,
preached among the nations,
believed on in the world,
and received up in glory. - Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving.
- For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.
- If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
- I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
