Turn to my rebuke, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.If you would seriously consider my reproof, I would pour out my thoughts to you and make my precepts known to you.
Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.Wash yourselves and become clean; remove your evil deeds far from my sight. Cease to do evil.

When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!When you make a vow to God, do not delay in fulfilling it, for God has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill the vow you have made.
You will make known to me the way of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.You will show me the path to life; you will fill me with joy in your presence and everlasting delights at your right hand.
Therefore let’s make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience.Let us then make every effort to enter into that rest, so that no one may fall by following that example of refusing to believe.

God makes a home for the lonely; He leads out the prisoners into prosperity, Only the rebellious live in parched lands.He gives a home to those who are forsaken and leads out prisoners amid chants of exultation, while rebels are forced to live in an arid land.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.Trust wholeheartedly in the Lord rather than relying on your own intelligence. In everything you do, acknowledge him, and he will see that your paths are straight.
When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.When you fix your gaze upon it, it is gone before you realize it. For it suddenly sprouts wings and flies up to the sky like an eagle.
And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.And God is able to enrich you with an abundance of every grace, so that, with all of your needs provided for, you may be able to produce a surplus of good works.

When a man takes a new wife, he is not to go out with the army, nor be assigned any duty; he shall be free at home for one year and shall make his wife whom he has taken happy.If a man has recently been married, he is not to go off to battle nor have any other duty laid on him. He will be free to stay at home for one year so that he can bring happiness to the wife whom he has married.
But sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, but with gentleness and respect.Rather, revere Christ as Lord in your hearts. Always be prepared to offer an explanation to anyone who asks you to justify the hope that is in you. However, do so with gentleness and respect.
You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.Adulterers! Do you not know that love of the world results in enmity with God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a lover of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Now whenever you fast, do not make a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they distort their faces so that they will be noticed by people when they are fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.Whenever you fast, do not assume a gloomy expression like the hypocrites who contort their faces so that others may realize that they are fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward.
