Do not let kindness and fidelity leave you; fasten them around your neck and inscribe them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will gain favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. The Lord makes a man’s steps secure when he approves of his conduct. Psalm 37:23	The steps of a man are established by the Lord, And He delights in his way. serving obedience trust
Like a city that has been breached and made defenseless is the man devoid of self-control. Proverbs 25:28	Like a city that is broken into and without walls So is a person who has no self-control over his spirit. self-control desires
Do not be deceived; God cannot be mocked. A person will reap only what he sows. Galatians 6:7	Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap. God righteousness harvest
In the same way, husbands should love their wives as they do their own bodies. The man who loves his wife loves himself. Ephesians 5:28	So husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. relationships marriage body
You must understand, brethren, that it is through him that forgiveness of sins is being proclaimed to you. All those who believe are justified from all the things from which they could not be justified by the Law of Moses. Do not envy a violent man or choose to emulate any of his ways. For the perverse man is an abomination to the Lord whose friendship is bestowed only upon the upright. Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the company of scoffers. Psalm 1:1	Blessed is the person who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! sin righteousness blessing
Wait quietly for the Lord and be patient until he comes. Do not fret over the man who prospers because of his evil schemes. Psalm 37:7	Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; Do not get upset because of one who is successful in his way, Because of the person who carries out wicked schemes. honesty life patience
The Lord God said, “Behold, man has become like one of us, for he has knowledge of that which is good and that which is evil. Now, we must prevent him from reaching out and taking the fruit of the tree of life lest he eat it and live forever.” The Lord God cast him out of the Garden of Eden; henceforth he was to labor tilling the soil from which he had come. But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God does not see as man sees, since man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
