We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another abounds. 2 Thessalonians 1:3	We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is only fitting, because your faith is increasing abundantly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another grows ever greater. faith love gratitude

When goods increase, those who eat them are increased; and what advantage is there to its owner, except to feast on them with his eyes? Ecclesiastes 5:11	When good things increase, those who consume them increase. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look at them? materialism money desires

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer? Romans 6:1-2	What shall we say then? How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yes, to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver. Proverbs 16:16	How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen above silver. money materialism wisdom
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life? Most certainly I tell you, a servant is not greater than his lord, neither is one who is sent greater than he who sent him. John 13:16	Truly, truly I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. serving humility slavery

In praying, don’t use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.
