For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly execute justice between a man and his neighbor; if you don’t oppress the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow, and don’t shed innocent blood in this place, and don’t walk after other gods to your own hurt, then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, from of old even forever more. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life? Matthew 16:26	What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? materialism life soul
Most certainly I tell you, a servant is not greater than his lord, neither is one who is sent greater than he who sent him. John 13:16	Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. serving humility slavery
In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. John 14:2	My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? Jesus Father heaven
If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don’t have love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 1 Corinthians 13:1	If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. love speaking angels

My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for they will add to you length of days, years of life, and peace. Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.

I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them.
