- The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil.
I hate pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth. - Joy comes to a man with the reply of his mouth.
How good is a word at the right time! - This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.
- Peter opened his mouth and said, “Truly I perceive that God doesn’t show favoritism; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.”
- Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

and I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father;”
for Yahweh’s mouth has spoken it. - In the multitude of words there is no lack of disobedience,
but he who restrains his lips does wisely.
