Psalm 1:1 (7/9)

He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from destruction.He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples, and I will sing praises to you among the nations.I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let your glory be over all the earth.Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.
Praise the Lord! Happy are those who fear the Lord, who greatly delight in his commandments.Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord, who find great delight in his commands.
It is well with those who deal generously and lend, who conduct their affairs with justice.Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.
For the righteous will never be moved; they will be remembered forever.Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever.
Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness.Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.
Our God is in the heavens; he does whatever he pleases.Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.
Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place.
With the Lord on my side I do not fear. What can mortals do to me?The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in mortals.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans.
This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad.
Save us, we beseech you, O Lord! O Lord, we beseech you, give us success! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord. We bless you from the house of the Lord.Lord, save us! Lord, grant us success! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. From the house of the Lord we bless you.
Happy are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord.Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord.
Happy are those who keep his decrees, who seek him with their whole heart.Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart.
I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous ordinances.I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.
How can young people keep their way pure? By guarding it according to your word.How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word.
With my whole heart I seek you; do not let me stray from your commandments.I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.
I treasure your word in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.
I delight in the way of your decrees as much as in all riches.I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches.
I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your ordinances before me.I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set my heart on your laws.
Turn my heart to your decrees, and not to selfish gain.Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.
I shall walk at liberty, for I have sought your precepts.I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts.

I hurry and do not delay to keep your commandments.I will hasten and not delay to obey your commands.
