- Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

cease to do evil. - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
- And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.

- For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.
