Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way.
Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.

God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and he won’t do it? Or has he spoken, and he won’t make it good?
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
