For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.For in much wisdom is much vexation, and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

Eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord. And do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?Woe to him who strives with him who formed him, a pot among earthen pots! Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ or ‘Your work has no handles’?
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
