For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.For “Those who desire life and desire to see good days, let them keep their tongues from evil and their lips from speaking deceit; let them turn away from evil and do good; let them seek peace and pursue it.”
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.Jesus said to him, “If you are able!—All things can be done for the one who believes.”
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.Indeed, all who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.Jesus answered them, “Very truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.”
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.God abides in those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and they abide in God.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.They answered, “Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.For there is one God; there is also one mediator between God and humankind, Christ Jesus, himself human.
And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.Over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?Who is it that conquers the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”
But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.When Jesus heard this, he replied, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be saved.”
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the goal for the prize of the heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus.
For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.From that time Jesus began to proclaim, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.And every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
