So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

When a man is newly married, he shall not go out with the army or be liable for any other public duty. He shall be free at home one year to be happy with his wife whom he has taken.When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.

This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. In you, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me!In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.
And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.”Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
Give to everyone who begs from you, and from one who takes away your goods do not demand them back.Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.

Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
