Or, ‘Look, he is hiding here,’ don’t believe it! For as the lightning flashes in the east and shines to the west, so it will be when the Son of Man comes.
For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’For the Lord gave us this command when he said, ‘I have made you a light to the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the farthest corners of the earth.’
Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord!Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord.
Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause.Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.
God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!Yes, God will bless us, and people all over the world will fear him.
So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.The church then had peace throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and it became stronger as the believers lived in the fear of the Lord. And with the encouragement of the Holy Spirit, it also grew in numbers.
But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.Our help is from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.
He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.
