I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Give to everyone who asks you, and don’t ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again.Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be enough room for.”Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever will lose his life for my sake and the sake of the Good News will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
Don’t weary yourself to be rich. In your wisdom, show restraint.Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.
Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters and to be well-pleasing in all things, not contradicting, not stealing, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God, our Savior, in all things.Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
