Us (2/4)

Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh, since we have hoped in you.O Lord, let your kindness rest upon us, for we have placed our hope in you.
Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another.Beloved, since God loved us so much, we should love one another.
So teach us to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.Teach us to comprehend how few our days are so that our hearts may be filled with wisdom.
For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.For God did not give us a spirit of timidity but rather a spirit of power and of love and of wisdom.
Seeing that his divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue. His divine power has bestowed on us everything that is necessary for life and for devotion through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue.
See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him.See what love the Father has bestowed on us, enabling us to be called the children of God, and that is what we are. If the world does not recognize us, that is because it did not know him.
And hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.Such hope will not be doomed to disappointment, because the love of God has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.No, throughout all these things we are conquerors because of him who loved us.
Who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.He has rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
It shall be righteousness to us, if we observe to do all these commandments before Yahweh our God, as he has commanded us.If we are diligent in observing all of these commandments before the Lord, our God, as he commanded of us, then this will be our righteousness.
For Yahweh is our judge. Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king. He will save us.For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver. The Lord is our king; he is the one who will save us.
Yahweh commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Yahweh our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are today. The Lord commanded us to observe all of these statutes and to fear the Lord, our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, even as we are today.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up.Each of us must consider his neighbor’s good for the purpose of building him up.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The testimony is this: that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them, even as on us at the beginning. As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit descended upon them just as it had upon us at the beginning.
For a child is born to us. A son is given to us; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. For a child has been born to us, a son has been given to us. Upon his shoulders dominion rests, and this is the name he has been given: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved. But God is rich in his mercy, and because he had such great love for us, he brought us to life with Christ when we were already dead through sin—it is by grace that you have been saved.
So then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober. So we must not fall asleep as the others do, but we must stay alert and sober.
For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Yet perhaps for a good person someone would even dare to die. But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Indeed, it is seldom that anyone will die for a just person, although perhaps for a good person someone might be willing to die. Thus, God proved his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.
And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask him, we may be sure that all we ask of him will be ours.
This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.And thus we can have confidence in him that if we ask anything that is in accordance with his will, he hears us.
Of his own will he gave birth to us by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.By his own choice he gave us birth through the way of truth so that we may be a kind of firstfruits of all his creation.
I heard the Lord’s voice, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am. Send me!”I then heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me!”

Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
