Bible Verses about 'Us'

May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us.May the Lord, our God, be with us, just as he was with our fathers; may he not leave us or abandon us.
For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver. For you, O God, have put us to the test; you have purified us as silver is refined.
Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, it will be enough for us.”
Give us today our daily bread.Give us this day our daily bread.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker.
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
We love because He first loved us.Therefore, we love because he first loved us.
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. This is how we can be certain that we abide in him and that he abides in us: he has given us a share in his Spirit.
Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness. Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory because of your kindness and faithfulness.
Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.Let us examine and test our ways and return to the Lord.
Help us, God our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name’s sake.Help us, O God, our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and wipe away our sins for your name’s sake.
No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.No one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God abides in us, and his love is made complete in us.
Restore us, Lord God Almighty; make your face shine on us, that we may be saved.Restore us, O Lord of hosts; let your face shine upon us, and we will be saved.
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.For God did not give us a spirit of timidity but rather a spirit of power and of love and of wisdom.
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.God saved us and called us to a life of holiness, not because of our works but according to his own purpose and the grace that has been bestowed upon us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. However, if we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all wrongdoing.
He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? He did not spare his own Son but gave him up for all of us. How then can he fail also to give us everything else along with him?
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that weighs us down and the sins that so easily distract us and with perseverance run the race that lies ahead of us.
So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. So we must not fall asleep as the others do, but we must stay alert and sober.
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. All this has been done by God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and entrusted us with the ministry of reconciliation.
And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a sacrificial offering whose fragrance is pleasing to God.
Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.He gave himself for us in order to deliver us from all iniquity and to purify for himself a people as his own who are eager to do good.
The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.All those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And the proof that he abides in us is the Spirit that he has given us.

May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.May the favor of the Lord, our God, rest upon us. And may the work of our hands prosper— indeed, may the work of our hands prosper.
