| And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name. | And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. |

| May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance. | And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. |
| For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. | For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. |

| I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
