| You shall not afflict any widow or fatherless child. If you afflict them in any way, and they cry at all to Me, I will surely hear their cry; and My wrath will become hot, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless. | Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless. | But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ. | Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. |
| Go, eat your bread with joy, And drink your wine with a merry heart; For God has already accepted your works. | Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do. |
