Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. But for us, There is one God, the Father, by whom all things were created, and for whom we live. And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things were created, and through whom we live.
Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.Give to everyone what you owe them: Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and give respect and honor to those who are in authority.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?
Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth.
If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see?
My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor detest His correction; For whom the Lord loves He corrects, Just as a father the son in whom he delights. My child, don’t reject the Lord’s discipline, and don’t be upset when he corrects you. For the Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights.
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.”
And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”
Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects; Therefore do not despise the chastening of the Almighty. But consider the joy of those corrected by God! Do not despise the discipline of the Almighty when you sin.
Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do so.Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it’s in your power to help them.

And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.
And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. And this is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth.
But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends. As the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.” When people commend themselves, it doesn’t count for much. The important thing is for the Lord to commend them.
But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.
Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.
But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more. But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.
I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.I love you, Lord; you are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor—this is the gift of God.And it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began!

For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen. For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen.
