Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness? | Do not be mismatched with unbelievers. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship is there between light and darkness? |
Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. | Hear, O Israel: The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. Better to have little, with fear for the Lord, than to have great treasure and inner turmoil. | Better is a little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble with it. |
That is why I can never stop praising you; I declare your glory all day long. | My mouth is filled with your praise, and with your glory all day long. |
May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people. | The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints. Amen. |

Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne. | To the one who conquers I will give a place with me on my throne, just as I myself conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. |
Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. | Of course, there is great gain in godliness combined with contentment. |
