When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.Since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God.
When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; For He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed.When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it, for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow.
