Without counsel, plans go awry, But in the multitude of counselors they are established.Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.

Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.
