| Remember the sabbath day, and keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work. | I appeal to you therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. | I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. |
| When you search for me, you will find me; if you seek me with all your heart. | And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. |
| Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, you will find a future, and your hope will not be cut off. | So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. |
| If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! | If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? |
| Repent therefore, and turn to God so that your sins may be wiped out. | Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. |
