- Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine increase. - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
- Be not wise in thine own eyes:
fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel,
and marrow to thy bones.
Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.Next verse!With image
