Bible Verses about Praise
- O Lord, thou art my God;
I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name;
for thou hast done wonderful things;
thy counsels of old
are faithfulness and truth. - Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord. - Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name. - Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:

I will lift up my hands in thy name. - For thou hast possessed my reins:

and with thy honour all the day. - Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised;
and his greatness is unsearchable. - And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

who hast given me wisdom and might,
