- Be strong, and let your heart take courage,
all you who hope in Yahweh. - Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you. For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you.
- Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children.
- Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.
- Don’t be deceived! “Evil companionships corrupt good morals.”
- For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.”
- Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
- You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden.
- Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.
- Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.
- For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
- Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever! Amen.
- The angel said to them, “Don’t be afraid, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be to all the people.”
- Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
- When a man takes a new wife, he shall not go out in the army, neither shall he be assigned any business. He shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he has taken.
- Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
- He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress.
I will not be shaken. - This is the day that Yahweh has made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it! - I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, “Behold, God’s dwelling is with people; and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more. The first things have passed away.”
- As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.
- Don’t be wise in your own eyes.
Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil.
It will be health to your body,
and nourishment to your bones. - You therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- Wait for Yahweh.
Be strong, and let your heart take courage.
Yes, wait for Yahweh. - Seek Yahweh while he may be found.
Call on him while he is near. - Turn us again, Yahweh God of Armies.
Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
