But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.Anyone who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honor.

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him.
