Bible Verses about Protection
- Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- Thou art my hiding place;
thou shalt preserve me from trouble;
thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
- No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;
and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,

Thou hast enlarged my steps under me,

I hope in thy word. - I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
- And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you. - As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. - He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. - But I will sing of thy power;
yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning:
for thou hast been my defence
and refuge in the day of my trouble. - Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life. - What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
- But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me;
my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. - Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
- I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - Every word of God is pure:
he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. - The name of the Lord is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. - And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
The Lord is good,
a strong hold in the day of trouble;
and he knoweth them that trust in him.Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
