- And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
- Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
- Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee;
yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. - Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him,
and he shall direct thy paths. - I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. - And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you. - Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?
by taking heed thereto according to thy word. - For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
- The Lord God is my strength,
and he will make my feet like hinds' feet,
and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. - Behold, God is mine helper:
the Lord is with them that uphold my soul. - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
- Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
- In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
Defend the poor and fatherless:
do justice to the afflicted and needy. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.Next verse!With image
