- One who believes in the Son has eternal life, but one who disobeys the Son won’t see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

When shall I come and appear before God? - Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

- He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath day. Behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years. She was bent over and could in no way straighten herself up. When Jesus saw her, he called her and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.” He laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and glorified God.
The ruler of the synagogue, being indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the multitude, “There are six days in which men ought to work. Therefore come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day!”
Therefore the Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Doesn’t each one of you free his ox or his donkey from the stall on the Sabbath and lead him away to water? Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham whom Satan had bound eighteen long years, be freed from this bondage on the Sabbath day?”
As he said these things, all his adversaries were disappointed; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him. - Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
- For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
- Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
- Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
- For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
- My doctrine will drop as the rain.
My speech will condense as the dew,
as the misty rain on the tender grass,
as the showers on the herb. - Until the Spirit is poured on us from on high,
and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field is considered a forest. - Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me? - For who is God, besides Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
- Now why do you wait? Arise, be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them and they spoke with other languages and prophesied.
