- My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.
- He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne.
- For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
- Know therefore today, and take it to heart, that Yahweh himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no one else.
- He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath day. Behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years. She was bent over and could in no way straighten herself up. When Jesus saw her, he called her and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.” He laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and glorified God.
The ruler of the synagogue, being indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the multitude, “There are six days in which men ought to work. Therefore come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day!”
Therefore the Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Doesn’t each one of you free his ox or his donkey from the stall on the Sabbath and lead him away to water? Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham whom Satan had bound eighteen long years, be freed from this bondage on the Sabbath day?”
As he said these things, all his adversaries were disappointed; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him. - For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
- It will be that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
- He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love.
- You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden.
- I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.
- Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
- Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me? - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.
- Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
- Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
- Until the Spirit is poured on us from on high,
and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field is considered a forest. - For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them and they spoke with other languages and prophesied.
- For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
- For who is God, besides Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - But Yahweh said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.”
- Now why do you wait? Arise, be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- My doctrine will drop as the rain.
My speech will condense as the dew,
as the misty rain on the tender grass,
as the showers on the herb. - Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
