He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him.
The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.Peter opened his mouth and said, “Truly I perceive that God doesn’t show favoritism; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.”
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God; so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out: For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.But they, when they saw him walking on the sea, supposed that it was a ghost, and cried out; for they all saw him and were troubled. But he immediately spoke with them and said to them, “Cheer up! It is I! Don’t be afraid.”
For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf.

And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.Jesus said to him, “Go your way. Your faith has made you well.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the way.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.
And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.
And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.While they were there, the day had come for her to give birth. She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in bands of cloth and laid him in a feeding trough, because there was no room for them in the inn.
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.He was despised and rejected by men, a man of suffering and acquainted with disease. He was despised as one from whom men hide their face; and we didn’t respect him.
For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.For, “He who would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it.”
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tested. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
