| Therefore prepare your minds for action. | Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you! Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. | Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry. | The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. |
| It is he who builds his rooms in the heavens, and has founded his vault on the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the surface of the earth—Yahweh is his name. | It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name. |
| Don’t think that I came to send peace on the earth. I didn’t come to send peace, but a sword. | Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. |
| He is in the way of life who heeds correction, but he who forsakes reproof leads others astray. | He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. |

| Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. | Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. |
| Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. | Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. |
